I worked as a developer in the mobile team at HRG with Mark for over 2 years. In this time he was head of UX as well as Product Owner of the mobile app.

Mark is someone who is both comfortable coming up with new creative ways to solve business or user requirements and diving into the low level detail of delivering projects. During his time as Product Owner the app team created a successful product and was known in the company for always delivering on their promises. Mark would handle the UX, oversee the UI designs, manage the project, create requirements and break work down. This was on top of working with multiple teams and multiple products.

As if delivering business requirements on time and helping to create an app users loved wasn't enough Mark would also find the time to devise and deliver new innovative features that made users lives easier and helped the company market the app better.
